HOW TO APPLY FALSE EYELASHES

1. Trim the eyelashes. Most false eyelashes will need to be trimmed, as the width of the eyelashes is too long for most eyes. Be sure to trim just a little at a time. Then test it by holding it on your eyelid and seeing how well it fits across your lid. Be sure to curve it across your lid. Trim off one or two lashes at a time to get the right length for your natural eyelid line. Be sure that it doesn’t extend past your eyelid as this will be very uncomfortable. Do all your trimming before applying the adhesive.

2. Add adhesive to the false eyelashes. Apply the eyelash adhesive along the false strip in a very narrow line. Let it dry for about 15 seconds or until it becomes tacky.

3. Apply the false eyelashes. While looking in the mirror, start applying your false eyelashes at the inside corner, press and hold the false eyelashes as close to your own lash line as possible. If you feel your fingers are too big for this step you can use tweezers.

4. Mascara and eyeliner. After applying the false eyelashes and letting the adhesive dry, finish by applying mascara to blend your natural eyelashes with the false eyelashes and eyeliner to hide any gap between the natural lash line and the false eyelashes strip.

It is recommended that you complete your eye make-up and save the application of the false eyelashes to last because you do not want any eye shadow powder or its residue to stay on the false eyelashes.

How long will this lash stay on? If you use the eyelashes with the recommended adhesive that we sell (DUO ADHESIVE), you can wear it all day about 14-16 hours. A few people have told us they have worn it for 2 days or overnight and the following day. We do not recommend this, though. The strip eyelashes are meant to be worn daily.

How long does it take to apply the eyelashes? The application takes approximately 2-5 minutes depending on your experience. If you have never applied it before, the first few times will take a little longer. However, if you follow our “HOW TO” instruction, it will only take you 5 minutes or less.

What do I need to use to apply the eyelashes? Eyelashes adhesive, scissor to trim the eyelashes, mascara, eyelashes curler, and eyeliner. (Please read the “HOW TO” to see it usages).

Can we reuse the same strip more than one time? Yes, you can re-use the eyelashes. Just take them off (starting at the corner) and peel it off. Peel the excess glue off the lash and put the lash back on the tray for storage. You do not need to apply any make up remover. Many of our customers have worn the same lash more than once.

I have never worn false eyelashes before, how will it feel? If it’s your first time, your eyes may feel a little heavy. But, the feeling goes away in a few minutes and you would not notice that you are wearing false eyelashes. If you do not measure and trim the eyelashes to fit your eyes, you may experience some discomforts as soon as you blink your eyes. This can be easily solved by removing the eyelashes, trim it and reapply it. If you wear it often, you will not notice any difference at all.

Will it irritate my eyes because I wear contacts? When the false eyelashes and the adhesive are applied correctly, it will not irritate your eyes or interfere with your contacts. Many of our customers wear contacts and they have not had any problem with it.

Which eyelashes will look best on me? Everyone’s eyes are unique and different. Therefore, the eyelashes will look a little different on different people. However, our general recommendation is to try a few different pair to figure out what is best for you. Do I need the false eyelashes if I already have long natural eyelashes? Many of our eyelashes styles are designed to enhance the natural eyelashes to give it more definition, more depth and add sparkles. If you already have long natural eyelashes, we recommend you try the eyelashes styles with crisscrosses like the Linda, Heather, Alexis, Melanie, Isabella, Lily, Denise, Sophia or the Angel to add more length to your natural eyelashes.

How do I remove the eyelashes? Gently peel the false eyelashes band off lid, starting at outer corner. Remove adhesive from the band and place your false eyelashes back to the storage tray for reuse.
